Recruiting for part-time assistant for Erhu virtuoso Ma Xiaohui (position can lead to full-time employment).
Interview time:
Interviews will be scheduled between 10:30-12:00 in the morning and 2:00-6:00 in the afternoon.

1. Applicant must speak and write both Chinese and English very well, and must have graduate (or superb undergraduate) education.
2. Applicant must be skilled with computers and with office software including MS Word, Internet bogging, email newsletters, etc.
3. Applicant must love music and especially the erhu, and must appreciate the unique art of Ma Xiaohui.
4. Applicant must have excellent working habits, as well as very good skills working with people.
5. Applicant must have strong self-initiative and excellent office organizational skills.
6. Prefer candidates with: 1) arts management and/or executive experience, 2) long-term English tutorial experience. Also, preference given for professional young man with two years relevant work experience and driver's license.
7. Three-month part time probationary period can begin within a few days after successful interview. During probation, work schedule is four hours a day, three days a week. Hours can be flexible. Successful assistant will have potential for transitioning into full-time employment after three months.
